AI Tools Policy
Created June 2026.
Updated June 2026.
We are committed to transparency, trust, and responsible innovation. This AI Tools Policy explains how we use artificial intelligence (AI) tools in the course of delivering our services, and how that may impact our clients, potential clients, website visitors, and social media followers.
1. How we use AI
We use the following AI-assisted tools to support the delivery of our services:
-
Claude by Anthropic – our primary AI tool, used to support copywriting, SEO strategy, schema markup, keyword research, technical project support, and content ideation
- We use tailored prompts designed to reflect each client’s voice, brand, ideas, and objectives
- All Claude outputs are heavily edited and refined by us before being shared with any client
-
Canva AI – for design assistance and visual content creation
-
ManyChat – for social media messaging automation and workflow setup
-
Loom AI – for editing and producing our own course and training recordings
We may also use AI to support internal tasks such as content ideation, market research, scheduling, summarising notes, and admin.
All AI-generated content is reviewed and approved by us before being shared with clients or published publicly. We remain fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of everything we deliver.
2. AI and your data
We will never knowingly input sensitive or personally identifiable client data into AI tools without a clear lawful basis and appropriate safeguards in place.
All personal data processed using AI is handled in compliance with UK GDPR. In particular, we:
-
Limit data shared with external processors, sharing only what is necessary to complete your project
-
Ensure AI tools we use are subject to appropriate data protection agreements where available
-
Do not use AI to make fully automated decisions that have legal or significant outcomes without human review
-
Have opted out of Anthropic’s model training programme, meaning conversations with Claude are not used to train future AI models

3. Transparency and responsibility
AI helps us improve speed and efficiency. However, we remain fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of everything we create and deliver.
If AI has been used to generate a significant part of a deliverable, we will always disclose this to you. We consider transparency about AI use a matter of good practice and professional integrity, not just legal obligation.
AI tools support our expertise – they do not replace our judgement or accountability to you.
4. Limitations of AI
AI-generated content may occasionally contain factual inaccuracies, outdated information, or lack context. This is why all outputs are reviewed and edited by us before delivery. We encourage clients to apply their own judgement to any content or information provided.
5. Your rights and choices
If you would prefer that we do not use AI tools in relation to your project or data, please let us know at the start of our engagement. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. We will let you know if any aspect of our service cannot be delivered without AI assistance.
6. Policy updates
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our business practices. The latest version will always be available on our website.
