Will you train me to update my own website?
Yes! I record a personalized video showing you exactly how to edit your specific website. You'll be able to change text, add photos, create new pages, and make updates whenever you need. No tech knowledge required – if you can use Facebook, you can update your website.
What if I get stuck after the website launches?
You get 2 weeks of WhatsApp support included after every project. If you get stuck or have questions, just message me. After that, you can book ad-hoc support sessions if needed, but most clients find they don't need to because the training is so thorough.
What if I don't have time to learn how to update it myself?
Then we can arrange ongoing support. I can make updates for you as a pay-as-you-go service (typically £49/hour). Most clients prefer to learn because it gives them independence and saves money long-term, but I'm flexible.
Do you offer training on SEO?
Yes, basic SEO training is included in every website build. I'll show you how to maintain your Google rankings, update your Google Business Profile, write blog posts that rank, and avoid common SEO mistakes. If you want more in-depth SEO training, we can arrange that separately.
